Today Hurt Very Much article by: James Thomas Fridas
Do you have a lot of friends? Well I hope that you cherish them as I did, I said I did as in past tense because my very best friend, my absolute dearest friend of most of my adult life has passed away this week, I have been calling him to ask when I could come see him as he was ailing, at 73 years of age a 4 way by pass years ago did not help much, as the Dr said he needed another by pass but he did not have any veins to work with.
You see when you get to our age in the senior age category every day is a blessing and when your friends pass you say a much needed prayer for them and of course you go to the funeral and say your good byes and amens, and wish they were still here to talk to and enjoy their company because when your the last man standing it truly hurts, what I mean by Last man standing is that all my friends have past away and I am now without any real friends anymore, acquaintances I have plenty, friends I have known! So here for all the world to read Joe my very good friend god bless you and may we meet in heaven when the roll call is made and the angels sing praises to the lord our god! I know your family is missing you and we will meet at your funeral this week so from me to you Joe
God be with you my friend and may he tell you about the sorrow I feel for your loss, goodbye god bless you and amen!

FUNERALS
BURIAL SERVICES article by: James Thomas Fridas
part 1
There are funerals and then there are burial services. The idea is to save money because a funeral can cost a small fortune these days. I remember when I had my mothers funeral in 2001 it cost under $6,000. of course I had the advantage of her being buried with my father at the Veteran Cemetery in San Bruno, unlike many people today who have to practically take out a loan to have a funeral that can run up into the 10 and twenty thousand dollar range, no kidding! So in order to save a dollar or two there is a new service called a burial service, it works like a smorgas board affair in some way for example you can have the casket delivered straight to the cemetery instead of at the funeral home so you save many dinar's and there are other benefits as well if you think you do not need to think about this sort of thing think again, it could happen today and you will be in real hot water.
So look into the idea of a burial service it could save a dinar or two and you will be thankful you checked it out. I will add a few posts to this and make a few parts with additional information so check back later for part 2 and maybe 3 we will see.
